What are the hours and dates of operation for the Faire?
Gates open 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturdays and Sundays from September 16th thru October 22nd, 2023.
How much is admission? What does the admission price include?
Adult Single Day is $35, Kids Single Day 12 & under are FREE every weekend.
Admission price includes all entertainment. Tickets are only available for purchase online.
What forms of payment are accepted at the Faire?
We Gladly Accept Master Card, Visa, Debit Cards, and cash. In order to use a credit card it must be signed on the back. Please bring a valid government issued photo ID as well. This is for the protection of our customers and also required by the credit card companies. Debit cards require a valid pin number authorization. There are no exceptions to this policy. ATMs are located throughout the site for your convenience.
May I bring a pet?
No, for the health and safety of your pet and our audience. Pets are not allowed.
May I bring my service animal?
Service animals as defined by the ADA are welcome! Click here for ADA guidelines. Service animals are not pets. They are trained to enrich the lives of people with disabilities, increasing their mobility and independence.
Can I leave the Faire and come back in?
Yes, you can ask for a hand stamp from the greeters at the front gate.
Is there a parking fee?
Yes, parking is $10 per vehicle per day or $30 per day for VIP parking. CASH ONLY.
Is there RV parking available? May we remain overnight?
Yes, RV parking is $60 per day.
However, the Faire site is not an overnight park. There is no camping of any kind. All vehicles must exit the park each night. RV camping is available at Casa de Fruta next door.
May we bring outside food or drink?
No outside food or drink is permitted.
Do you have Vegetarian, Vegan or Gluten -Free foods available for purchase?
Yes, our caterers complete menus can be found here.
Do I have to come in costume?
No, however, we feel the experience of the faire is heightened and more fun when you come dressed to play.
Do you rent costumes?
Yes! Belrose offers costume rentals for all ages and all body sizes.
Child sized costumes range in price from $8 – $25 (Average price is $15)
Adult sized costumes range in price from $18 – $65 (Average price is $39)

If I wear a costume do I get in for free?
No, but thank you for participating.
Are shoes required?
Yes. Due to safety & insurance requirements all guests are required to wear shoes at all times.
May I bring my (costume) weapon?
Yes, all weapons must be sheathed and peace tied. Exposed steel is not permitted. Bows must be unstrung and arrows left at home.
Do you offer a military/law enforcement discount? Is there a senior discount?

Is the Faire wheelchair accessible?
Yes, with the understanding that we are an outdoor event and the pathways are all dirt.
Do you have motorized wheelchairs or scooters?
Sadly, we do not have any motorized chairs or scooters at this time.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
Do you have a lost item?

Do you host weddings or private parties?
No, unfortunately we do not have the facilities available.

All ticket sales and service charges applied at checkout are final and non-refundable. Date exchanges within the same calendar year are allowed. Contact tickets.norcalrenfaire@gmail.com for support.
In the event of severe weather or emergency the Faire may be closed without notice. No rain checks or refunds will be offered.
